What can you do? A number of very important scientific studies has shown us that one can take 10 steps to a healthy prostate.

1. Decrease the amount of dietary fat.
2. Eat more fish.
3. Eat less meat and high-fat dairy.
4. Eat more tomatoes.
5. Eat more soy.
6. Eat more fruits, cereals, whole grains and vegetables, especially beans, lentils.
7. Drink green tea.
